Lighting (Premium) VS No Lighting (Economy)

In this video you can see the difference between Lighting VS No Lighting. In this example the camera settings are identical. The only change we have made is adding professional lighting. Our premium video includes professional lighting where as our Economy video does not include lighting.

Premium services 

Stills - we professionally light every aspect of each image to give a colour correct, sharper, with clear window exposures. If the exterior on the day is not ideal we sky replace and add fire to fireplaces and fire pits.

Drone - In drone still we include property lines and callouts to show a neighbourhood to its full potential. In drone video we add animated property lines and callouts.

Video - we professionally light our video for a colour correct and cleaner look.

Economy Services

Stills - our economy stills are produced through HDR imaging. Images are colour corrected however because we are not 100% in control of the light orange from ambient light and blue casts from windows can occur. Property lines, callouts and sky replacements are not included. This can be added on a per image pricing structure.

Video - professional lighting is not included. This produces a similar image to our economy stills. The image is darker with some colour casting.

Drone - animated property lines and callouts are not included.
